How we say thanks: Organic, fair trade Colombian chocolate!
Last month, we shared a video and update with you about our work here in Colombia.

Thank you so much to those who have already generously donated.

Because many of us get overwhelmed by emails and some important messages get lost in the stack, we wanted to send you a reminder that we’re hoping you can make a tax-deductible donation before 2012 comes to a close.

A donation in any amount makes a big difference!

A special offer, now for any donation of $200 or more

1315A young Peace Community member eating cacaoIn appreciation of donors who can provide special support for the Peace Community accompaniment in Colombia, we will ship a half-pound of the Peace Community’s own organic, fair-trade chocolate, for any gift of $200 or more.

This chocolate, perfect for baking or making hot chocolate, is handcrafted in a Colombian peace zone, and makes an excellent gift — it’s not your usual chocolate bar!

Make a donation to support peace accompaniment in Colombia today.

Montoya, one of our close friends in the village of La Union told us “without accompaniment, we wouldn’t be here.” Watch a video from Montoya and other peace community members about why accompaniment — and your support — is vital.

Donations of any amount are vital to our success. We’re offering additional gifts for donations of $50 (greeting cards) or $100 (t-shirts), but even as little as $10 will help us continue our program of peace accompaniment in Colombia.

Without you, we wouldn’t be able to support this community. Every single day, you are helping us build a vision for a different kind of world.
